With experience in both journalism and content marketing, I bring a versatile skill set to every project. Early in my career, I worked as an assistant editor at Venture Publishing’s contract division, editing custom magazines for a variety of clients. I went on to report for the Edmonton Journal, teach journalism at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and work as a freelance journalist. Later, I served as a writer on the Calgary Public Library’s marketing and communications team, where I supported the successful launch of the new Central Library, created and edited diverse content and developed a house style guide from scratch.
I’m available for both one-off projects and ongoing content work, with a focus on the outdoors. Get in touch at cailynn.klingbeil@gmail.com.
